This dynamic, interactive, two-day workshop is open to 4-H Members between the ages of 13-18.     


What will participants be able to do upon completion?  


  • Accept personal responsibility and strengthen self-esteem in their lives.
  • Create a foundation of principles and values that promote servant leadership and demonstrate characteristics of an effective member of society. 
  • Review tools and techniques that will assist them in clearer communication as well as give them ways to set and accomplish personal goals. 
  • Practice leadership, communication skills, proper etiquette, working with others, decision-making, and problem-solving strategies.
  • Build positive relationships with friends, family, and co-workers.

Program Information

Registration Information

Registration for each 4-H camper and sponsor will be $25, if registered by Friday, November 9, 2018.  The registration fee includes all program materials, supper on Friday, November 16,  and breakfast and lunch on Saturday, November 17.  The tentative agenda is below…we realize that not everyone can arrive by 6:00 p.m. on day one. 


Refunds/Cancellations/Substitutions

After Friday, November 9, 2018, at 4:00 p.m., no refunds or cancellations will be allowed; however, substitutions for campers or sponsors will be allowed through 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 13, at no additional fee.  Additional campers and/or sponsors may attend after the 12:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 13, cut-off date at a rate of $35 per person.
